Why you should not laminate a property documents?

Getting home loan on laminated property document is challenge. A home finance company will refuse to accept laminated property document. This could happen at final stage of transaction when finance company lawyer would check and receive original property document before handing over loan payment cheque.
De-lamination can damage document.
Reason: It is difficult to differentiate between laminated original document and colored copy.
Buyers: Be careful while receiving such laminated documents in a transaction.
